Post by: jeromechickenbone on December 25, 2002, 01:25:47 AM: i don't think dre of the last year is gonna be the same dre of 2003. i think he's been savin his dopest shit for rakim, detox, hopefully cube, and so far 50. i have a feeling that a large percent of beats we've heard from him in the last year or so have been leftovers. i think Fred def brings west coast sound, and has the most potential to really drop some bombs. space boogie was a let down lyrically, but fred's production was damn good. it had a definite dre feel to it, but he made it his own. i'd say i'm most excited about him
