a different sort of smooth hip-hop sound. i really don't feel like getting into specifics, lol.

Indeed bro - Johnny was a genius when it comes to create this smooth, mellow beats we all love :) Plus this track was made like in 1989 and it sounds waaay ahead of it's time when it comes to production 8)

Nah, but I'm going to buy that "Return Of The Player" vinyl and make a rip it to mp3 8)
