hey just heard hopsin recently his dope as fuck!
I was bout to buy one these albums but just wanna make sure first are they both 100% original production or are they mixtapes?
and those who've heard em how are they? which one is best

well i think Hopsin's beats have that 99/00 west vibe. Of course they also sound fresh and modern. Hopsin is the great example how the new west should sound in my opinion. well at least how i would like it to sound. It sounds like he developed that 99/00 era vibe. No fucking techno shit, no south influances. Just simple, fat, melodic beats.

i wonder why these guys are still shitting their pants every time Game, Dre, Cube (or any other west vet) puts outs new music. I haven't heard anything half as good as Hopsin's shit from them in years! And they still keep on sleeping on Hopsin while he has no competition in the west at the moment.
For example Kush thread made like almost 30 pages in few days while every single track from "Raw" album is way better than this forgetable, boring, poppy shit. Don't get me wrong... i love Dre's music but he hasn't made anything decent for years imo. I predict Detox <<<<<<< RAW. Start support that guy goddammit because he deserves it like no other!

I agree wit what u sayin bout the beats, i hate that techno shit lol. I personally love KUSH but i reckon some of the technoish soundin elements in the beat take away from it a beat
yo the raw album are all the songs kinda battle funny shit like SAG MY PANTS & KILL HER, cos there the only ones i heard or does he have otha tracks wit more topics n shit lookin forward to hearin raw
