productions for other artists only, no features from Snoop himself.
nothing from Snoop-mixtapes/compilatons either (or the EP's he produced for other artists)..

some of the older tracks are co-produced by Soopafly and/or L.T. Hutton, recent ones by Terrace Martin

Even though Snoop isn't a good producer, I still give you props for this. Next up should be a Nate Dogg DPGCL or a Snoop 90-95 DPGCL :)

Most of the beats Snoop produced back in the Death Row days were GOOD. He produced almost all of them with LT Hutton or Soopafly though. The beats he has made under the Niggarachi name have been fuckin GARBAGE. Aye yo Snoop, stick to rappin'.

Yeah i know. Terrace is a good producer. LT Hutton did the drums on Get Up To Get Down.

I always feel Snoop has a good ear for beats.

When he says "Ooh thats funky" on Xzibits DNA always cracks me up. He suits those style of productions alot

i think Snoops a pretty good producer. his beats aint all that, but their okay -- the great thing wit Snoop is, his production-skills.. he grabs Terrace and asks for some saxophone-stuff here and there, after the beat is finished.. "sing a bridge over here, make it sound like this".. stuff like that. producing music, producing a record..
i remember Terrace said Snoop is like an iPod, and knows everything about music..

without co-production, Snoop's beats sucks - but if he gets help on his stuff, it can be great reults.. like "Tear Drops" for example..
theres a huge difference between "beat-making" and "production"..

That "Luv Me A Gee" track was on the Dubb Union album as well and it says "they had to get Terrace Martin" at the beginning and it also really sounds like a Terrace Martin track with the drums. So I don't think this a Snoop production.

And I would really love "DPGC Legay: J. Black" - I like when he's singing! May that be possible Michael?

they did that song together.
Niggarachi used to actually be Terrace Martin & Snoop Dogg..

J Black?
nah, not schooled on him.
but the kid sings almost xclusively on Terrace Martin-songs, so u can basically find all of his music (most of it) in the Terrace Martin-thread..

Thanks for the update, Madsen. Only had some tracks off the G-Series. But spending like $ 90 on that collection is quite insane, most of the beats would have gone straight to the recycle bin if it wasn't for the collection. Some tracks are good, though.
