What is the best free Video Editing Software?
I have Windows XP, but for some reason Windows Movie Maker won't work.
So what would be the best FREE video editing software to download?
I would like it to:
1. Upload Videos and Pictures
2. Trim the Video clips to make them shorter and remove parts I don't want
3. Save the Video to DVD (this isn't an important function)
4. Add Titles and Credits
What would be the best one to Download?
