Most anticipated movie for me in a long time, Terrence Malick is a genius, he already made one of my favorite films ever "Thin Red Line", tho this will be amazingly beautiful. Cant wait...

yea, i REALLY want to see what they do with this, the commercial makes it looks like its going to be really abstract

There was no special life giving properties in the tree of life itself. If Adam and Eve would have proved faithful to God to the point he deemed sufficient, they would have been allowed to partake of the tree which meant they would have been declared worthy to live forever. After their expulsion from the garden, cherubs were placed at the entrance to prevent them or anyone else from trying to get in the garden. No one now was worthy to eat from the tree of life and be declared worthy of everlasting life since sin was now introduced. Adam and Eve would have been unworthily declared to live forever if God allowed them to partake of the tree. The tree along with the garden of Eden no doubt was obliterated at the Deluge of Noah's day.
