Nate Dogg's G-Funk Classics: Volume 1 is rare(ish).  Not sure if you've got it but it goes without saying that it's a must for your collection.

Ghetto Preacher and Prodigal Son were put together as a 2 cd package and released by Breakaway Entertainment, pretty sure there are no new tracks on it.

There are Death row presses (i have one) of G Funk Classics Vol 1 (Ghetto Preacher) also which are rareish, it never made it to the stores but can be picked up on ebay.

Eazy E  Str.8 Off Tha Streetz Of Muthaphukkin Compton. the only gem i'm giving up.

I found this last year in the bargain basement section of my local music store, never expected to see it there.
At the moment I'm keen on buying Above The Law's 'Uncle Sam's Curse' (the 1994 edition, not the re-issue), and WC and the Maad Circle's first album.  Both are very rare and I'll never find them in stores, so I just keep looking online in the hope that they'll come up cheap.
