for a Dj quik first single... this is preatty weak... and im a fan! its ok, but not what was expected, but maybe its just more up to date.. and maybe i dont know any better. lets see

well what were you expecting? "Tonight" type feel? That was 91' and that was a great record for that time but i love this new era of quik.
Think of it this way, Of all the records that you hear on tha radio and from the west, This record is smooth west coast ridin type vibe that only quik can do. and he didnt sell out by trying to go with what is the pop/south records these days. its great west coast feel record so take it for what it is ;D
