It has been reported that Eminem will perform “I Need A Doctor” alongside Dr. Dre at this year’s Grammy Awards.
With news that Eminem is set to open the show, new rumours have surfaced claiming that he will perform with Dr. Dre at the event as well as one of his 2010 hit singles.
“I Need A Doctor” which is out on iTunes now and already tops the download list features Eminem on the two first verses and sources say it will be great promotion for Dre’s comeback album “Detox”.
An insider said: “Eminem will definitely be performing with Dre on the night, and fans will not be disappointed.
“He will also be performing one of his “Recovery” singles but everyone is talking about the Dre duet saying it could be one of the most memorable Grammy moments of all time if everything goes to plan.”
Last year Lady Gaga opened the show and performed with Elton John is a surprise duet.

We all thought it would happen, Em announced to be a performer, Dre/Em single coming out. Looks like it might be true..

Just about ten days. 8)

Why not ? Very plausible to me...
-
should be interesting to see how Dre performs
-
Honestly, as much as a dissapointment this song is, I think we would ALL rather see this than not see it. I mean, it's fuckin Dre and Em performing at the biggest music show of the year in 2011! 12 years later and STILL on top!
And so, are they going to act like Kush never happened and THIS is the real re-introduction to Dre now that they know it'll be crazy-successful?
-
Kush was way better then this fucking song
-
Kush was a buzz track, I Need A Doctor was always thought of to be the first official single back when alot of people thought it would wind up on Ems album
-
Even though I'm not too much of a fan of the track, I would like to see this happen.
-
No sources, just a thoughts.. sounds real tho.

Agreed.

Did they act like "Westside Story" and "Higher" never happened when "How We Do" got the nod for Game's single? Or "Disco Inferno" with the Massacre? They pushed Kush but it didn't get the response they wanted.

Lookin forward to this even though its that horrible horrible song they will be performing.
If Eminem just rapped with his normal voice, Dre had 2 verses and the beat was totally different it would be a dope track ;D ;D

Did they in 99 act like Stil DRE didn't happen? Because that song was a much bigger flop than Kush.
