Does anyone else miss ripping wax to hear that rare song or remix that was left off the cd?

Those were the times you went through a booklet and read every single word in it, haha.

No, I don't miss it.

They weren't portable plus the needles cost more than the record & record player combined, so no.

I do miss cassette tapes though.

Yeah man I miss those days when an albums single would come out a couple months before the album and have some dope *alternate versions*. I have a small collection from back in the day.

I also still buy some vinyl records *singles only* but vary rarely.

I miss digging through the crates and spending hours in the record store. But there is just no way I am going to pay 10 times more for my music, just for nostalgia.
