Anything from Monster is overpriced crap...you can get much better for half that price.  Dre/monster aren't worth the extra 300 dollars.  Those shits are worth like 150 tops.

i got my studios for free from my cousin on my bday, and i sold my studios for 350 (he was an older businessman, didnt have time to get his own and offered to pay more to get mine)

so initially i only spent 50 bucks on it

I got studios.  The pro's look better...I want some lol. 

And like the ghost lives said, they aren't worth the money they charge for em.  That's why you gotta have hook ups lol.  I have a pair of audio technicas that were 175 and the beats are no better than they are.

the bass is so loud but clean, and it feels way more durable than the studios.

totally agree.  I didn't need em, but I got a pair, cuz they're dope.  Like my wife and her coach purses - She doesn't need em, but she wants them lol.
