George Bush- Leader of the free world, and only superpower in the world.
In control of greatest nuclear arsenal and military in the history of mankind.
War with Afghanistan, Iraq coming soon, N Korea? Syria?
Saddam Hussein- Rag Tag army, only threaten neighbours.

Possibly the one who is threatening to use a nuclear attack against countries with no nuclear warheads in direct violation of UN agreement.= America

America think they unstoppable again... I worry for ya really... what countries havent they offended recently?
had to go crawling back to china and say sorry... along with provoking the "axis of evil" countries.. and then topping that off by adding 3 more to the list of "evil ones"
i believe America (and any other countries) should stay out of other countries business unless asked to do so by a concerned party.
either that or try and conquer the world... but thats my job ;)

Well Bush is the one threatening world peace the most by offending everybody, but I think that considering the fact that Korea have over the last few years consistantly spent over 50% of their GNP on nuclear development means that they are in a strong position to retialiate to Bush and cause world unrest.

Bush- Yes, he's in control of a nuclear arsenal
or
Saddam - hides all of his weapons of mass destruction so weapons inspectors can't find them

Well Saddam threatens neighbours in the middle east and the west are afraid of him.
The west arent afraid of bush but he is so gung ho he will most likely attack the east, kill millions there, sparking even worse retaliation that will affect all of the west not just the states.
So as for who's the biggest threat? I would say the man who is currently threatening war. Little Georgey
