kanyes fault for supporting the mtv's in the first place. they will turn on you sooner or later
-
Fuck MTV and kanye.
-
lol y'all don't realize that when any record gets banned in any sort of fashion that's one of the best things that can happen but I wouldn't expect many here to understand that
-
Oh, Kanye.
-
Hasn't this video been out for a while? on the internet anyway
-
Didn't even think MTV still played videos

there was a time when that was true but they don't play videos anymore anyway so it's not going to make a differance

They play them at like 2 in the fucking morning.

MTV isn't even relevant in the music industry any more.
Youtube, Muchmusic, Xfm (here in the UK) for music videos, as well as Itunes, Podcasts, blogs, Twitter, Myspace etc for other major music exposure, there's no need for an MTV, and quite frankly no one even gives a flying fuck what they think or promote. They're no longer the cool rock/rap/alternative channel admired for their unique overhaul of mainstream pop.
They're now a channel for upper class spoilt teens that have rich mummys and daddys, and their main criteria for shows are ones of how young kids have parties costing more than the average person can earn in his young adult life (my super sweet 16), shows about how they have more money than you, bigger, better houses than you (Cribs) and about rich, bland wannabe celebrities and cheesy forced reality shows that make WWE's Cryme Time seem more raw n real than 2Pac. No longer is it Beavis & Butthead, Daria, celebrity death match, as fillers in between music videos. I loved MTV back in the day, and they even had some glimmer of hope with the additions of Punk'd, but the channel simply sucks now
It wont hurt Kanye, as plenty of other places as shown above, then some will gladly air the video

yea my joke was that it got banned because it is a music video and mtv hasn't played those in quite some time.
