wiki says only will-i-am later became b lack eyed peas?
Read the apl.de.ap wiki then, lol.
Will.I.Am and apl.de.ap were signed as Atban Klann and were recording their album but Eazy didn't take it a liking to it. Rumor has it he (or one of his homies) tried to rape Fergie which broke out in a fight resulting in Atban Klann parting with Ruthless.

oh and 'buckwheat' or now known as buck 50 or buckweed, was a member of the pharcyde affiliated group 'tha wascals' and has released albums on battle axe and delicious vinyl...he's best known for his appearances on the classic pharcyde album 'bizarre ride II tha pharcyde', especially his verse on 'On the DL' (best verse in my opinion)

Damn didn't know that and I play that song every year around Xmas time lol.
But yeah classic EP.
-
dope ep.

I remember reading an interview with The Black Eyed Peas years ago, and according to them the only reason they ended up leaving Ruthless was that Eazy had 30 plus acts signed to his label at the time of his death and when he passed away their album just got lost in the shuffle. If I had to guess, I'd say that's probably what happened to Blood of Abraham too. I'm sure in '95/'96 the label was more focused on the more gangsta style rap, particularly Bone Thugs N' Harmony.
-
eazy laid the blueprint for a lotta niggas in the game.
-
cool ep specially the singles but the xmas song is not my shit tho
-
whole EP is dope, xmas song is funny. nice EP for sure!

Well, Ruthless didn't really have a chance after Eazy died. He basically left the label to someone who apparently had no business running a record label.

It was nice!

No argument there. It's been debated for years whether or not he was even in his right mind when he left it to her.

Norman Winter or Jerry Heller should've taken over.

Norman Winter or Jerry Heller should've taken over.
Who?
As for Jerry he left parted with Ruthless a little before Eazy died. Imagine if Suge took over....

He has worked for Ruthless, Death Row and Dangerous. IMO those are the best west coast labels.
He also appears in Welcome to Death Row.
