Actually back a few year ago I did not understand what was so fuckin great about Quik.

I see now though. Dude is a beast on the boards and his mic game is cool too.

I'll upload a video of him doing drum machine sounds while Kurupt is freestyles. Sounds almost real.

The track is called "Hydromatic" featuring Jon B.
When that song leaked, I lost it. Simple but dope sample track.
Imagine how many people would try to sample Grease and somehow Quik's sample got cleared?

Makes you realise it is harder than you think to make a beat. Quik's creative ear is damn near second to none.
