Nah, it's scanned from some high-profile glamour magazine, so I think they're real..

cant tell if ur being sarcastic or not...but look at the left pic...thehead doesnt match the body...the right one is close...but shes got a lil more meat on her....not much...but u cant really see bone on her....

They say it's from "Heat magazine", but I dunno..
It looks very real, but you're right about the thing in the right corner..
