ok...just curious..what is ONE POUND equal to how much american $$$
-
ask UK people. not europeans.
1 pound is about 1.75 dollars.
-
When I visited, that always got me...
In America, a number 3 meal at mcdonalds would be like $3.99, but in London, it was 3.99 pounds... So I'd pay almost double for the same shit...
Oh well, I made it back in mexico over the break!

We got the Euro in many European countries. Real convenient in the sense that you don't have to exchange currencies most of the times when going abroad. Right now 1 EUR is about 1.04 USD. Just so you know...

yeah thats what i was thinking..i guess you have to be in the european union right??n yeah cuz there supposed to be like that in the asia too(china-korea-japan) that will be very tight...

naww not quite. coz the UK is part of the union but not part of the currency... not all EU members use, or want to use the currency. there are specific requirements for entering the currency.. some good some bad.. the UK is waiting... some countries are begging to meet the requirements but cant - yet.
