Title: How do u rate EMinem production?

Post by: =[Euthanasia]= on January 08, 2003, 02:43:57 AM: So far he's impressed me, I enjoyed all of his work on "The Eminem Show" more than Dre's work on there, but as far as his catalogue goes he doesn't even begin to compar with Dre's. But anyway, not to take anything away from Em, I think he's going to become one of the most used producers in years to come, and respectively so.

Post by: CharlieBrown on January 08, 2003, 05:48:59 AM: I think his work on MMLP was shit, Don't Approach Me was shit, Renegades was shit, TES was shit, The Cross was shit, His stuff on 8 mile was shit, Say My Name was okay but i didn't like the instruments he used on it. I think he could become an okay producer in a few years time, but if it's just an evolved sound of what he's doing at the moment then i doubt it will be to my taste.

Yeah.

But I still feel that he has years of producing, until he can be mentioned in the same sentence as Dr.Dre, DJ Premier, Pete Rock, RZA, Havoc & DJ Quik.

And besides that, he gotta come up with a new sound and stay consistant, as all the above mentioned have done..

yeah, i see what you mean, i'm getting tired of dre production, too. other things i'm getting tired of include halle berry and J lo's bodies, moet champagne, Rolls Royces, filet mignon, versace clothing, vacations in hawaii, flat screen plasma TVs, platinum chains, diamonds, and while we're at it, pretty much anything else that's the best of it's kind. heh heh. ;)

i don't like his production style @ all... i don't c how ya'll can say he's one of the best producers out right now... i agree that his chit is a child to dre's production or however u wanna put it... i think he had potential to become a dope producer but right now i ain't really fillin' him but to each is own or however the fuckin' sayin' goes...
