I think both albums are tight as fuck and very similar...hard for me to decide between the 2, but I'm givin the slight edge to "DAAM"...while "CHS" may be slightly more consistent all the way through, I think "DAAM" has more stand-out tracks and was fresher, since it's the original. "CHS" give us the same exact sound, but it's the 2nd time around...i usually prefer the original to the sequel, and that's what it is with these albums. My opinion may change after a few more listens, but as of now, I give "DAAM" a 4.1/5 and "CHS" a 4/5.
still...after bumpin "CHS" front to back, I can't deny it bangs like a mufucka, and I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up bein one of the best albums of the year.

Both albums are incredible, but DAAM takes it just slightly because of "I Tried To Commit Suicide". The beat on that song is one of the best I've ever heard.

You already said it... Dinner and a Movie had the better stand-out tracks. "I Tried to Commit Suicide" and "Nutbagg" are probably sicker than any track on Coathanga Strangla, but at the same time, Coathanga Strangla might have an argument if you consider the quality from start to finish.
I voted tie because I think it's too close to call.

CHS gets my vote cuz it had better production.. but DAAM did have a few more standout tracks
