I'm pretty sure I have something but it would take some searching..
You can also look him up under the name "Shadowcast"
Ironic that our manager went through all that trouble to beat Puff for the name,
only to end up changing it anyways.. LoL..

Biggy Smallz - Nobody Rides For Free , reminds me of "If there is a cure for this". Similar instrumental, even Pac and Snoop are doing similar flow.

Other Interesting Facts About The Original Biggie Smallz:
His ex was from that group Y?N-Vee..
and he had a controversial but successful record with a hook that went:
"She was Black, as the Night.. You know he was Whiter than White..
Danger Danger when you taste Brown Sugar.. you're bound 2 fall in Luv overnight." ..LMAO
the females loved it though, so.. 8)

was it Natasha Walker?
btw thanks for the info. remember anything else about him?

Has this guy put out many songs? I like the songs posted, but it would be jolly if I could burn a full cd with his music :)
-
Yes.. it WAS indeed Natasha Walker on the Hook! 8)
and He had a full-length under Biggie Smallz but it's quite rare.
Some Shadowcast music also released to the masses.. He had a few singles out (Single Deals used to be popular.. LoL)
i'm certain I have a cassette buried in a box of tapes in my archives.
anything else about him..?
-He could write songs very well..
-Johnny J loved working with him because they always made dope shxt together..
-All three of us collaborated on several records for myself, none released commercially..
-Biggie eventually focused on college and I started working more with JJ.. then Pac got out of Jail 8)
-Him and LAD ("Ridin Low") both made me step it up musically at a time I was still figuring out my own sound.
-He was also one of the 1st to do such a HUGE show in Tokyo back in the 90s.
-
He still alive?

Yep.. He's onto other shxt these days..
haven't heard from him since he hit the University.
Here's his Universal single from 96 while he was Shadowcast..
it's funny to hear this verse after all this time, I assisted him with writing some of it..
This was totally our style at the time.. LOL Bone Thugs had us turned-out!

It features members of The Wild Kingdom, our other Labelmates..
lyrically they were some of the best on the West during this Era.

All of that stuff released and is in the wind..
not 100% about any re-releases of that stuff..
I kinda like the rareness of it. 8)

Last I heard from our former manager,
he hit the military at some point after college and now owns a Biz..
Smart Moves, if I should say so myself.. 8)
