Title: dope blog for classic west coast material
Post by: GangstaBoogy on May 29, 2011, 01:39:07 PM
I was trying to find the "murder was the case remix" cds for the instrumental when I stumbled over this blog

http://phuk-tha-muthaphukkin-police.blogspot.com/

It has a lot of rare promos, cassette rips, bios, unreleased music, etc. Def worth taking a look at and bookmarking.

Yeah we dropped him from HQHipHop.net quite a while ago.  And yeah he has a lot of rare stuff on his site.  However, he has a lot of that stuff that he posts in lossless format, such as WAV or FLAC or even 320k MP3's and he downgrades it all down to 128k MP3's that sound horrible because he has edited them, added bass, changed the pitch and it mostly sounds terrible.  The sound on everything is muddy and drowned out because of what he does to them.  It's sad that he has all this stuff in such excellent format but he refuses to share it in high quality, he will only share it in the messed up downgraded.
