A lot of insight on his upbringing, and why he hit his sister.

Other memories that haunt him: watching his manager and best friend get shot by Quik's meth-ravaged nephew; the child pedestrian he accidentally ran over and killed in the late '90s

I consider myself the biggest fan of Quik, but this article is a really lame rehash of all of Quik's whiny BS mixed with lazy journalism to produce yet another dickriding article.

I don't care about his family issues and in fact knowing all his personal business took away from enjoying Book of David for me. Ghetto Rendevouz was really annoying.

im saying. i didnt want to say shit cuz i didnt feel like being bothered with the back n forth shit but i was tripin off that lol. like who lolz sumn so tragic. that had to be hard for him and the family of the child. me personally. i dnt mind hearing bout quiks personal B.I cuz i mean he is human and if he has a platform to really put snake like mfs on blast like he did in ghetto rende the so be it. lots of rappers make personal songs. that song is banging. to each his own..but, doesnt sound like he is always whining to me. he voices his opinion.

Not that incident no, but the way that it's written. Like the meth-ravaged nephew is the child pedestrain he "accidently" ran over

Wait a second... is it true that the Quiksta is the one behind the drums of "In Da Club"? They're like "out of phase" in pretty damn unique way.

Nice interview, I still don't understand if all these sisters really exist, do you remember when he said it was all bogus?
