"I beat the p-ssy up! Up! Up! Up! Up!" Anybody that's visited the Bay Area in the last few months has probably caught wind of the hype around the recent hit from Bay Area freshman LoveRance. The San Francisco rapper landed a certified smash with his club banger "UP! (Beat The P-ssy Up)", which features Iamsu! (who also produced the song) and Skipper.
While the song hit #1 on KMEL and has clubs erupting into a frenzy, details on artist have been scarce. That's why we tracked him down for an interview.
We talk to Rance about the creation of the song and how it blew up out of nowhere. He tells us about his upbringing, getting into music all while going to college, his success rate with the females, as well as his plans for the future.

I don't "think". It's been the #1 record on KMEL not only on the coutndown but also it is the #1 call out record.

i luv me some ig'nant hiphop sometimes (i listen to Lil B for xample), but i dont want hiphop to git monopolized by this sub-genre
enuff is just fuckin enuff,
hiphop is dumb as it is alraedy - why promote this bullshit?

Goddamn lol all that without even hearing the song ;D It's all good, to each his own. I probably wouldn't get it either if I hadn't experienced the response it gets in the clubs out here.

This dude could walk right by just about anyone and nobody would have a clue who the hell he is unless some DJ called it out at a club....hardly famous..he'll prob be one of those cats 10 years from now telling everyone he was famous in twenty-11 while he's eatting dollar menu at burger king
