Its just so weird. I don't think I've ever met / talked to a hip-hop fan that doesn't like treach. Yet he's never done a solo? Just doesn't make sense.

That and the fact that Treach is a part of a group and always has been. I think a lot of artists do the solo thing because the group dynamic occasionally keeps them from doing the type of music they would on an individual level. I think Treach has always had a great deal of creative freedom with Naughty By Nature so he never saw any reason to do solo projects.
The thing with Crooked was more that people call him one of the greatest and he doesn't really have a universally-established record.

they did outside work..but never no solos...

But the thing is, many of the classic Naughty joints are Treach solo's anyway. Vin would drop a few bars here and there, but I think Treach was writing a lot of his stuff anyway.
I say we just get a new NBN album with KG on the boards. I'd cop that shit tomorrow.

He has a lengthy discography in a group where he was the main rapper. Crooked I has been 1 of 4 rappers in a group that's been around for barely 1 year and has had one average album. A laughable comparison. Leave it to a Crooked stan to bring his name up where it doesn't belong.

If you grew up in the 90's and listened to even a little bit of hip-hop, you'd probably recognize some of Treach's lyrics from Hip Hop Horray or OPP. Treach doesn't need to do a solo album. If he stopped making music today, his place in rap history has been established.
