What kind of R&B is this? Does it have in-depth lyrics or is it the regular soft shit?

Prefer "House of Balloons" over "Thursday". Has anything leaked off the new mixtape?

Well, it's not your average Ne-Yo/Chris Brown R&B, just check the tracks TDA posted.

I have no idea, don't like the leak-ideology, lol. I check the release when it's out.

saw him on sat in guelph.

sooooooooooooooo dope, all live instruments, his voice is incredible.

dope venue too, it was small so every spot was a good spot.

i was a little sad tho he only played like 10 songs but it was prolly the best concert ive been too.

Dropped about 45 minutes ago. Shit is heat so far. IMO better than "Thursday" on first listen.

This dude is a monster. EOS is amazing. I started bumping his music like a month ago, by accident, and was hooked. Shouldn't have slept on this thread back in June.

^^^And yeah, I really appreciate what weeknd and frank are doing. call it whatever you want but the genre needed input like theirs badly, with all the watered down shit that was polluting it.

^yep, guys like chris brown and trey songz are watering down the shit out of r&b now. all r&b dudes wanna rap nowadays too. even ne-yo isn't as good as he was when he came out.

Spot on. I'd like to see him without rap guests too.

^^Haven't you checked Nostalgia, ultra? No rap on it, and a pretty solid release.

Easily.

My favorite Weeknd shit is his INCREDIBLE hook & opening on Drake's "Crew Love".

But "Loft Music" is pretty ill.

i used to say the same but in actuality, frank doesn't have nearly half the quality material weeknd does, plus his lonny breaux shit is soft as fuck and downright unlistenable.
