Yup. It's been talked about for a while, but there were some rumors at some point that Spice-1 was also on it, but apparently that's not looking like it's true. Like someone said before, Fatal and Kadafi used to record as Fatal-N-Felony back in the day, which is why on a lot of the earliest recordings, it was often times Pac and then Fatal and Kadafi because they were a combo (i.e. All About U)

lol its been around in great quality for atleast a decade minus kadafi's verse

then kadafi's verse came out on Son Rize (with minor additions to the beat but nothing noticable)
