Flixx & King David Unite For 'South-West' "Made Men" CD - By : Rud - August 24, 2007
A little over two years ago we introduced you to young Gardena, California representer Flixx who burst onto th scene with his hit single Tha Dubb produced by J Wells. The single, taken from his debut album "Politics & Pimpin," generated much anticpation for the album which was released in late 2005 Infirmary Records.
Since then we updated you on Flixx earlier this year when we announced that his sophomore album "Politics & Pimpin: Article 2" was underway due later this year.
To build up to its release Flixx has aligned with Prichard Alabama's own King David to release a co-label collaboration mixtape entitled "Made Men" between Infirmiry Records and Lordstyle Entertainment.
"Made Men" features burgeoning Westcoast talent as well as new acts from the Dirty South. With tracks from Infirmiry Records' Southern signing Tyme Bomb to a "Ds" remix with 334 Mobb featuring Rich Boy right on to Young Ant from Watts on his J Wells produced ""Pistol Holdin" this release has something for everyone; whats more it is being readied for exclusive free download right here on Dubcnn on September 4, 2007.
We have the full tracklist below with some new and old audio for you to check out including a track that is the street single from Flixx' upcoming album "Politics & Pimpin: Article 2" entitled "That's The Pimp" produced by PFN's own Dolow.
