there IS a chance that somebody else murdered her. it could be that somebody forces him, it also can be that he didn't realize that this was a human body on the floor, because he was full of sherm...

it says that lurch didn't had a fair case...
the murder happened in a dope house full of sherm heads...lurch was so high that he had a black out. when the cops hit the spot, all the guns and dope was removed, but this was a dope house full of guns und drugs.
the cops said that lurch was walking on the street, naked with blood all over his body...but the picture only shows a few blood drips on his body.
they took his song "i did it to you" like it was a blueprint for the murder.
even the victims mother say, that he shoul get another trial, because the real murderer mabye still free.
try to see the whole documentary "rhyme and punishment", mabye you be able to watch that links.
