Everyone could have already seen this - - I have no idea...  This was the first time I've ever seen this of Dr. Dre

I don't know, looks more like B.G. Knocc Out than Dre to me, and he's wearing a blue suit, LOL. I'm just bullshittin', it ain't K.O. and I doubt it's Dre.

It's just some kid who looks a little like what a child version of Dr. Dre would presumably look like. Dre would likely have been older during this time.
