Since Daz has so many albums, what do you guys think are his best 3?
-
"This is the Life I Lead" is a personal classic to me and its definitely stood the test of time. The. Only track I didn't really care for was the title track but other than that the album was crack!
Unfortunately for Daz, he's choosin quantity over quality with his solo career.

Retaliation, Revenge & Get Back

This. R.A.W. to me is Daz at the top of his game. RRGB is a borderline classic but comes off more like a compilation, like Scarface's My Homies. Another one I kind of put as a 3a would be Dogg Pound Gangsta LP, that was another album he basically manned by himself and was dope from start to finish.

I'd put it in this order as well. Like D~Nice said RR&GB is more of a dpg album feel to it but I think Daz was on top of his game at the time as well as Kurupt

This Life I Lead
Dogg Pound Gangsta LP & So So Gangsta get honorable mention...
-
surprised to see So So Gangsta mentioned so often... most of the beats are legit but most of the time Daz sounds like a caricature of himself with the same old washed up concepts and subject matter. Money on my Mind is one those Daz/Kurupt gems though
-
1) Retaliation, Revenge and Get Back
2) Long Beach 2 Fillmoe (with JT the Bigga Figga)
3) R.A.W
But dont like all of his albums, but i like songs from all of his albums...
still havent heard his collab with Fratthouse, is it worth a spin?

Did that album even come out? I don't think it was a collabo album though, Daz was supposed to be featured on some songs and i think he made some beats too.
