He was down with Ray Luv? I just know Ray Luv was a friend of 2pac's in 2pac's early teenage years when they first started rapping, but I didn't know he did anything after that.

lol Ray Luv was a major factor in Bay Area rap... but I think they bump him in KC since he was from Mac Dre's camp so you prolly won't listen to him
Ray Luv was featured on the song "Peace 2 Da Streets" from the first West Coast Bad Boy Compilation

Ray Luv was signed on Young Black Brotha Records, he released a classic album in 95 and 2pac even directed the video for his single "last nite"

Ray Luv also did a song with your favorite rapper in 96 with Young Lay and Mac Mall

and on a related note 2pac also directed Mac Mall's Ghetto Theme video, released in 93, with Ray Luv, Stretch (live squad) and others making cameos.

In my opinion Forever Hustlin is probably the best bay area rap album, some of the best production by Khayree, plus Ray Luv is a great rapper with intelligent lyrics and great flow. Still sounds great and fresh even though its 16 years old

I mentioned this in the Eastwood thread a few weeks ago. I thought Volume 3 was pretty dope. 2 was probably my favorite though. I think P will put an effort into things for No Limit's return.
-
No Briggs lynch or E a ski :-X
-
Yep...P is puttin that money behind all this new projects comin, believe dat...they got a bunch of new albums/compilations that is already recorded. They got back to that old style again...the original No Limit sound.
I'm hyped about this new West Coast Bad Boys comin...think P got some of his old friends on it! We may see...
