There was a thread like this back in 2009 and i thought it would be dope to see who people hate the most these days. I included a poll and most of the dudes that were mentioned in the old thread.
-
U-God, Flesh-N-Bone, Sen Dog... ???
-
Flesh N Bone sure ain't useless lol,
Boom Bam (CMW)
DJ K-Oss & DJ Gripp (SCC)
Go Mack & DJ Total K-Oss (Above the Law)
-
id have to go wit Dj Yella.
Boy Face is not a member of DPG,
Bizarre is a funnyass muhfuca (entertaining)
Cypress Hill without Sen Dog, would be just B-Real over DJ Muggs-production (no sense)
U-God is dope
Flesh N Bone sucks, but Wish Bone beats him

U-God and Sen Dog were both named in the older thread. I'm not sure why i put Flesh-N-Bone there though.
-
tony yayo, it's not a question

Good ass thread me and bmc was just talking bout this lol but my vote goes for the light skin member of the Fu snickens that equal was trash. Also can't forget the equal from the lost boys and that mime who's a member of the St lunatics yell
-
sen was good on the first albums and he´s got his own place in cypress .
and his solo is still better than b-real´s

I made this thread before and I said Sen Dog then (clicked other by mistake). Only song I've ever appreciated him is his verse on Rock Star.
-
Tony Yayo lol
-
I'ma go with Flesh, duke was in jail throughout the peak of Bones career yet still tries to act like he's the one who made them big
-

oh, i never liked that song. i like the stuff he did on their first album
-
Bizarre? Come on.
-
This topic isnt even debateable. Most useless member of a group is a tie. Hands down Sam & Bo from Lil Jon & The Eastside Boys. They didnt do shit but jump around wit the Crunk juice in the videos and set Black people back like 100 years wit those names.

Are you serious? What member of that "group" was useful in the first place?

Sen Dog has good verses on every one of their albums.

Yella easily

wtf? how can you put u-god in this poll? espescially in a poll with tony yayo?
-
tony yayo, it's not a question
Somebody's gotta bring 50 his condoms.
-
That guy with the mask in that St. Lunatics crew Nelly had. Dont even know his name.
-

U-God was named in the original thread and like i said in that thread years ago, i always thought Masta Killa was the weakest rapper in the Wu.

Good point. I mean, not that I don't love Flesh, but Bone did have their biggest albums and biggest hits without him.
...and definitely not Wish Bone. Listen to their big hits like "The Crossroads", and imagine "The Crossroads" without Wish? Wish was a huge part of that track, he brings so much melody to the group and has a great voice.

Flesh adds melody, freshness and rawness at the same time. His solo albums are all great too.

Word. Flesh is very talented. I'm changing mine to Tony Yayo.
...I can't say I've been impressed with any of the Bone solo albums though. Each one has had a couple of dope tracks and then a whole lot of filler. Like some of my favorite tracks of all time like "World So Cruel" and "Talk To Myself" were on Bone solo joints, but then the rest of the album was mostly filler.
-
Actually... how about all the members of Lost Boyz except for Mr. Cheeks? Funny thing about them, they are supposed to be a crew, but all I ever hear is Mr. Cheeks dropping every verse, lol.

People react very differently about Bone's solo albums... Personally I think they're not as good right now as they used to be, but I love Flesh' new album and Krayzie's Fixtape series.

naaaaah man, 'no said date' is one of the best wu albums period. u-god doesnt even have a good album. the odd hot track here and there but not much more

I'm not a fan of the Yayo selection. He actually dropped a solid album a few years back. Yeah he's 50's bitch, but at least he's rapping. If your best friend from childhood came across hundreds of millions of dollars, you'd do whatever he told you too. I know everyone here is just too cool to admit that, but it's true.
I'm with that guy who said the two guys who rolled with Lil' Jon. They literally did nothing. Lil' Jon got all the fame, all the spotlight. Honestly, I didn't even know their names until the guy in this thread mentioned them.
-
Joell Ortiz.
Enough with the food references....
-
Equals on here is haters come on yayo? Seems like it's alot of game bill Waltons posting smh yell
-
Yayo and Yella.
Anyone got any info on what Yella actually did besides help program the beats while Dre would be on the board?
-
Gotta go with Yella. I mean, he was in a group with Dre, cube, and Eazy. I think the only thing yella did was make sure their equipment was plugged in right and shit.
-
Yella dj'd at live shows came with some ideas you muthafuccas know Dre don't produce shit by himself
.played drums on two hard muthafuccas. Now tell me what Nelly's mime ever did and what has pretty Lou from the lost boys ever did? Or a good verse from the light skin member of the Fu snickens? Yell
-

Yella himself said that Dre did most of the work though.
-
Yella was like Dre's Mel-Man or Scott Storch back n the day...Flesh is tight, Wish isn't the most talented, but he adds an element to the group ala Bizarre. DPG is not a group, it's a "family"...U-God, Sonsee, and Sen Dog have contributed to countless classics...i guess out of ur list, Tony Yayo is the whackest...but then again, all of G-Unit is whack.

yeah. Yella was good with the drum machine

Word, his album was unduly hated, dropped when everyone started hating on the unit

I don't know much about Yella's involvement in NWA's music but Yella is much more than a mere beatmaker. His later stuff with Ruthless is up there with Dre's best productions.

DJ Yella: I'm not married, ain't got no kids. I was born and raised in Compton. I'm an original member of NWA and I was here until the end. I'm a producer. I don't play any music instruments except for drums.

Aftermathmusic.com:
Everyone compares you to Dre and says, in NWA Dre was the musicial brains and you was just the extra pair of hands on the technical side. Is that true?
DJ Yella:
Yeah, I mean, you know … oh yeah. I recorded everything. Me and Dre was all the time in the studio. More than other members.
Aftermathmusic.com:
How much of NWA’s early production was really you and how much did Dre do?
DJ Yella:
Dre definetely did most of it. But we both produced, like in the Wreckin crew. In the Wreckin Dre did half and I did the other half. In the NWA it was more Dre and a group thang, too.

He simply says that Dre had more input than him, which I did not deny. but he also says he stayed in the studio more than the other NWA members, which also show that he was definitely not useless. anyway i just wanted to say that Yella isn't your average beatmaker and has stripes that he earned after Dre left Ruthless.
