I just wanna know why Dre supplys him with 10 second looped beats that doesn't even get mixed by Dre...?

It's a good question, but not asked like that.
Papas lil soldier & that other track looked like Dre-leftovers to me..
A proof that even Dre can do average beats..

Suggestion:

"You have hooked up with Dre for some beats a few times, how did that happen? How much is he charging for a track nowadays?"
