Told you the Jets weren't a lock.

Although that game should of been a win. Cromartie just played like complete shit. Games like this are when I wish he just got upset over us wanting Nnamdi ten times more than him & left. Fucking ridiculous.

I jokingly called the Bills the next '72 Dolphins earlier in the week to a friend of mine. I hope I was right. How cool would that be?

Somewhat related point, Nnamdi has been pretty bad.

I fuckin love it, everyone crowning the eagles as champs before the season even starts and they start out 1-2 and with their prized all universe CB not playing great

And now Romo is some kinda hero cause he played thru some pain and won a game when before he was soft and not a winner

We'll see how the season pans out, nfc east should be interesting as always

On a side note:  Im sick and tired of andy reid and now michael vick crying about officiating.  Fix your o line instead of bitching about the already overprotective rules supposedly not being enforced.

Jets d looked atrocious but man the penalties called against the jets were worse. Wilkersons roughing the passer was so bad, he barely touched Campbell. Then the phantom calls against cromartie when he literally didn't make contact with the receiver.

But the jets o line is so bad right now. Sanchez is running for his life every play. Greene is getting hit before he reaches the line. Mangolds injury is huge. As is Robert turners the back up centre.Starting an undrafted free agent rookie  :-X

Jets need to fire schotty and just promote Tom Moore to oc. I'm so sick of schottys playcalling

Bills winning is cool but they aren't as good as some people think, it's just the patriots are easily the most overrated team in the league. That defense is Swiss cheese.

I don't know if anyone really thinks they are that good, but they are "good enough" to squeeeze one out against anyone and that means they have a chance come January, if they make it there. And going to Cinci and a Vickless Eagles coming to town means 5-0 is possible. So if they start 5-0 and then they just win the games they are supposed to win they can make the playoffs. Now if they win the other games too and get homefield then they are going to the Superbowl, because no one beats Buffalo in Buffalo in January. In fact I don't think the Bills have ever lost a January home game.

I had the Cowboys taking the NFC East.

NFC East is the most wide open division. Philly will bounce back if Vick gets healthy. Giants have won 2 in a row, Redskins have looked good so far and the Cowboys will be in the thick of things of course.

Through three weeks, the Tennessee Titans are the NFL's #1 defense.

#1 in points allowed

#2 in passing defense

#7 in passing offense

#9 in rushing defense

#1 in YPG defense

#2 in passing YPG offense

And QBs have the 2nd lowest passer-rating against us.

Who would have thunk it?

Too early but hope we keep our intensity on D all season and we should own that division.

Texans are overrated. I like our chances of staying in the thick of things all year long. Even without Britt.

The Chiefs lost another one of their star players this week.  This time it was veteran cornerback Brandon Flowers.  He's expected to be out several weeks.  On the other hand the Chiefs did play their assess off against San Diego, and the coaches coached their asses off as well.  The Chiefs had an opportunity to tie the game with a field goal late in the second half when Matt Cassel was intercepted to end the game.

Chiefs lose 17-20 but showed heart.  Also, it was nice to see Steve Breston get involved.  He was signed off Arizona and he had some big catches in this game to help compliment Dwayne Bowe.

^LOL, you mean fourth year "veteran" Brandon Flowers?

The Chiefs are fucked. You might as well not even post in NFL related threads anymore.

My early lock of the week is Minnie finally getting a win next week in KC. Then it'll be between KC and Indy on who gets the win first.

Almost time for the jets to smash the tweety birds

While the Bills pitiful 2nd half makes them worthy of a loss I just want to say that there was no way that was not a catch by Stevie Johnson and shame on the refs letting it stand. It cost us the game. But so did Fitzy trying to force the ball down the field on 3rd and short 3 or 4 times in the second half alone.

Next week will shw the kind of heart the Bills have coming off a pathetic loss.
