I'm aware of the fact that Snoop didn't originally write it (though it was from Love Hangover by Diana Ross, though I'm not aware of Bill Withers having done it), but regardless, that doesn't change anything, since it's reasonable to assume that Snoop randomly singing it may have been around the time when Pac and Snoop recorded that freestyle.
