R.I.P. Thanks for the memories. May all the West Coast as well rest in peace knowing that their only guaranteed multi-platinum artist is a producer who puts an album out once every decade.

People worry way to much about the Political side of music. Forget about who produced what song, and how much this sold. Enjoy the music for what it's worth...Ok so Snoop fell of abit, is there anyone in the rap game that makes music like he does? Hell Nooooo...Even tho he aint reachin his full potential, I would miss his music if he was out of the game becuase No-one knows how to put it down like Snoop. The guys been making countless hits and featurings for over a decade now. You know something too, I bet if all those Neptunes or Hi-Tek beats had Dres name on the credits, yall would be sayin this shit is bonafied. I love these Dre beats. Naw fuck that shit...Snoop put out a better album than 90% of the industry and (for Snoop standards wasnt his greatest), but its still a dope album. Just my opinion tho, I think Im into more of a variety of music than others on here.

50 right now is what DMX was in '98. An average MC with a hot flow/delivery and dope production with a lot of hype. I like both but they aint shit compared to Cube. Only rookies like you wont understand.

why are people talking about Xzibit as if he has gone multi platinum in the past? he has only one platinum album, and his first two didn't really sell as well. y'all should be givin X props for coming out of the underground and going gold/plat.
as for snoop, he needs to take time off, and when i say time off, I don't mean a few months, i mean take a couple of years off like Ice Cube, because "Paid tha cost..." was nothin more than a compilation with a couple of Snoop solo's here and there, kinda like C-Bo's "West Coast Mafia" album. His music has fallen off SO much since NL Top Dogg it's ridiculous. He's a shadow of his former self, and doin shit with the Neptunes and outside west coast producers is the reason why the west coast is on the downfall. Producers like the Neptunes, Timbaland, Kanye West, Just Blaze are now going to be doing their interpretations of west coast sound instead of Warren G, Daz, Soopafly, DJ Quik, etc. producin the REAL shit. This is another thing about Snoop, he's got tight producers on his label in Soopafly and Daz. It would be cheaper on Snoop's part to have Daz, Soopafly, and Warren G produce a whole album than having to Pay Timbaland or The Neptunes some ridiculous amount for one fuckin track. I'm glad Snoop stopped smoking so when he goes on a sabbatical from rap, listens to 3 of his last 4 solo albums, he'll realize what crap he's released and hopefully will stick with his roots for his next solo album
