there are a couple of people in there at the beginning.

one of the voices sounds like big c-style?

i don't even know barney's speaking voice lol.

that's gotta be big c-style at the end of g-funk intro (the part that fades into gin and juice).

maybe it was joe cool. idk. probably someone from the crew who wasn't getting a rap verse but snoop wanted to give a spot to.

speaking of barney rubble... man he really was the unsung hero (no pun intended, i know he sings the hook on gin and juice, or at least he is one of the voices in the mix on that chorus) on that album  ::)
