Movie or mini-movie. Small budget. But that doesn"t necessarily mean low quality either.
Look at James Wade's &  "Out on Bail" (written by Noni Spitz, directed by James Wade, starring Noni Spitz & Dae One, it also featured Mac Lucci too), I guess it's like the moder-day version of Blaxploitation?
