Damn! this is OG Big Hutch aka Cold 187um from the legendary Above The Law! I'd get the ICP-part of the track ain't nothing memorable but Hutch is the first in line in the song. & He ain't (with LayLaw) one of the true origintors of G-Funk for nothing. Gangsta Boogie! Gangsta Boogie! Gangsta Boogie!
