Get Your Walk On (both the original and remix) - Xzibit
The entire Boo Yaa Tribe album he did was great. In fact, he made that album, not Boo Yaa, he could have put anyone over those beats and it'd have been great.
His work with the Eastsidaz for the most part has been immense also.
