Saints, WTF?
-
The Redskins bloooooooooooooooow
-
Tim Tebow could be the worst QB to ever play in the NFL. He's awful. Miserable. Terrible. I could go on for hours.
Pats lost, that's gorgeous.
The Giants won the last easy game they have all season & likely their own win besides Washington; but they didn't make it look easy.
-
Tebow is a joke.
-
What's with you Jets fans hating on Tebow. If you guys had a QB that even knew the word consistency you'd have back to back SB wins.
-
I've hated Tebow since he's been in college. He played on a stacked defensive team down in Florida with a creative offensive scheme he just fit into that only works on the college level due to the lack of talent on the field compared to the NFL.
Then I had to sit here & listen to how he deserves a chance. He got it. He failed. Time to end him.
-
is not this tebow guy a rookie? if so, not sure how a rookie whos played only 7 or 8 games in the nfl is the worst the nfl has ever seen. although, i have not seen him play. kyle boller is the worst active qb in football. neway. i didnt even watch any games this Sunday. i did keep up via mobile..got damn ravens had me with one eyebrow raised for a min there. im baffled at the steelers schedule. such a biased schedule. i only see two probable losses remaining just based on that hollywood bs. but, on ny given sunday those teams that peep feel will automatically lose, could show their a game. i hope so. tryna figure out, cu i dont really know, how are the bengals ahead of the ravens? i know why pitt is cuz our bye week. im hoping it shows bengales ahead cuz of some alphabetical bs. should be a good game next Sunday night.

Look at Sanchez's playoff stats. He's been more then consistent. He raises his level of play during the post season and is inconsistent during the regular season. I guess you can call him the exact opposite of Peyton " playoff choke artist" manning.
-
^What are you talking about? It's not Peyton's fault. It's Reggie Wayne's fault. Every interception is Reggie Wayne's fault.

Super Bowl champion Peyton Manning is a playoff choke artist?
And for people calling Tebow the worst ever..really? How many games has this guy started in this league?

HIGHEST NFL POSTSEASON PASSER RATINGS, ACTIVE PLAYERS (MINIMUM: 150 ATTEMPTS)
Player Games Att. Cmp. Pct. Yards Gain TD Int. Rating
Aaron Rodgers 5 174 118 67.8 1,517 8.72 13 3 112.6
Drew Brees 7 285 189 66.3 2,052 7.20 15 2 102.0
Mark Sanchez 6 157 95 60.5 1,155 7.36 9 3 94.3
Peyton Manning 19 718 453 63.1 5,389 7.51 29 19 88.4
Tom Brady 19 682 424 62.2 4,407 6.46 30 16 85.7
Ben Roethlisberger 13 369 226 61.3 2,861 7.75 19 16 84.5
So Sanchez who has better playoff numbers then Brady and manning is the reason the jets don't have back to back SB'S?
-
Tebow hasn't score a touchdown this season before the fourth quarter. He completed like five passes yesterday, then in the fourth, down forty points & the Lions in a prevent defense, he connected with a few guys wide open in the middle of the field. It's honestly a joke how bad he is. Worst player ever.

Hey I agree, he does have some huge weak spots
But lets not call him bust of the century just yet
Im no bronco or florida fan either btw
Fox put in a more "florida" esque offense supposedly so lets see how that works out for them

The more attempts he will throw in the playoffs, the closer he'll get to his career average QB Rating
-
Oh, and my quick thoughts on Tebow since that argument is big up in here
He reminds me a lot of early Vince Young. He'll find ways to win games and you'll ask yourself how (due to a lack of accuracy/talent like most QB's in this league).
Yesterday wasn't really his fault, the entire team was horrendous
He seems more mentally stable, better attitude and leader than Young is/was though.
Either way, he won't have a good career.

Are we watching the same 0-8 Colts this year without Mr Choke artist. Remember the Tupac poem? Peyton is the rose that grew from concrete. Don't bash him for losing in the playoffs. Praise him for even getting that complete joke of a team anywhere near January.
And how is Mr Excitement Reggie Wayne doing with out Peyton? More or less how Marvin was doing before Peyton.
If your fucking Jets had Peyton you'd be going for 3 straight with Rex. Since Manning should be healthy by January and the Jets can make it to January with a joke of a QB like Sanchez; 3 straight!

Brian found a friend on here to talk Chiefs football with him.
It's all in an effort to kick it for a weekend at Shallow's house & have him show him the stomping ground of music geniuses Drake & Justin Bieber.

Romeo really stepped up with his guys, but the offense still looks abysmal and a bunch of lucky breaks gave them the straight wins. They aren't a playoff calibre team and have no chance of keeping this up to win unless both SD and Oak collapse. They have the win against Mimnni and still may have beaten Oak if McFadden stayed in the game, but Rivers doesn't fumble and Peyton on the Colts mean the Cheifs are a 2-5 team, and I expect them to lose against Miami. It's my sleeper upset of the week.

so your still picking agaiinst them?
My feeling is they will beat Miami, beat Denver, and possibly even beat Oakland again. But the second half of their season they have to play some of the strongest teams in the league, Patriots, Steelers, Packers, Bears, Jets.... so because of that I expect them to fall back in the second half. But either way it's been great seeing the season get a second life. After week 1 and 2 they were already talking about Andrew Luck and the upcoming draft... now all the talk is that the Chiefs are in fiirst place.
-
I just haven't seen enough from them to change my mind. Even beating Miami and Denver won't mean anything. If they do win this division it'll be with a 9-7 and get an even bigger beat down in January than they did last year. Now had they gotten McDaniels, there would have been no learning curve to learn during the missed training camp, and they would have gotten Brandon Lloyd and have been a real contender. But the current playcalling hot potato game they are playing is being saved entirely by Romeo. Had he left too the Cheifs would be competiting with the Colts right now.
-
Chiefs will win their division and be killed in the first round. They aren't a great team. But, that division is awful. The raiders are done. Palmer sucks, and McFadden is hurt.

If the playoffs were today the Chiefs would be playing the Bengals at Arrowhead stadium, so that's a game they could easily win. And after losing Moeki, Charles, and Berry and getting blown out week 1 and 2... going 9-7 and winning the division after all that would be like winning the superbowl around here.
And I think your slippin on your Chiefs analysis now that Wiess is gone you aren't following them close enough to know what's up. Because the Chiefs don't need Brandon Lloyd, because we have a 3-headed monstor at wide-out already. Bowe is having another great year, and Breaston has been huge the last few weeks for us, with Rookie Baldwin finally healthy and showing flashes of great things!
Also, granted, it took Haley all preseason and two and a half regular season games to do it, but he DID eventually fiigure out the offense and him and Bill Muir got things up and running again. And that's without our superstar Jamal Charles who was basically 95% of Wiess's offense last year. KC still misses Wiess, definitely, but Haley still knows a thing or two about running an offense.

Sorry bro. I didn't really want to be right this week. I just don't see a light at the end of this tunnel. Though I really hope Tebow and the Broncos make the playoffs. (not a prediction. a hope)

You got me on that one. But I dare you to pick Denver over the Chiefs, I'm still picking the Chiefs against Tebow. Just remember what happened to Kyle Bowler, that's what to expect from Tebow against Crennel.
I expected a second half collapse from the Chiefs. But that wouldn't be Haley's fault. The lockout kind of fooled Haley and he didn't have the team ready in time for the season. Which also I think lead to some of the injuries and the 0-3 hole they started in. But under normal circumstances Haley is a great coach and overall the Chiefs are going in the right direction They may only win 6 or 7 games this year but once Charles, Berry, and Moeki come back next season the division is theirs!

I wouldn't call him a great coach. Take Romeo away and you guys are neck and neck with the Colts. I do expect Romeo to make Tebow look silly. But I thought Oakland would do the same. I'm actually not sure who takes this one. It'll come down to whether John Fox can puzzle Cassel and how much of his legs Tebow can use. I'm not picking a winner because I really don't know who wins.
