This tracks good, that beat is on some dark shit, wonder if this is new or something old from the aftermath days...

R.I.P. Bishop Lamont
Once he switched to JAY Z's style that hurt him. He was the bomb on Warren G's album.

Bishop Lamont sounds like Jay Z is his recent material. I'm had people that actually thought it was Jay Z. It's not that hard to figure out. When Dre signed him he had a whole different style.

really dark 8)

could use better hi-hats and harder drums. liked it better than that other shit he was droppin "Team America". Just imagined if somebody woulda been playin some hats over this song live?. It's almost like a West Coast Hip Hop Producers worst Enemy is a Hi Hat and other percussion lol. y'all don't know music like i know music.

i've definitely heard this at least several times before in relation to bishop. i don't believe his album is ever coming...

I'm a bit suspect of the legitimacy of this piece of news since something like this would normally be spread over most Hip Hop sites/blogs/forums. So I'm going to post this here and leave it up to y'all to create a new thread about it, should someone desire to do so:
Dr. Dre and Bishop Lamont to reunite soon??
[Terry] Reid is currently recording a new version of “Seeds of Memory,” the title track from his 1976 album produced by his friend Graham Nash, which besteveralbums.com calls Reid's best. He wrote it about World War II, but hip-hop master Dr. Dre and Bishop Lamont are now adding raps about Afghanistan to Reid's new, harder vocals.

lol he does sound like Jay-Z in this song. At least on the first verse. hahah after he accused people of copying Jay-Z's flow in "Love You"

I'm still a fan but if you listen to a lot of his music he does bite off him. Oh well, I liked his stuff with Warren G and when he first started out. Now it's more laid back and changed. Bitches On My Space, City Lights, I Can't Figure It Out are favorites. The newer stuff just got stale. Wonder if that's why Dre put him on the shelf.

the style on his mixtapes is similar to the input on warren g's album imo

it doesn't seem like it's his main focus right now. i dont really care though, as long as he drops music.
he even proved he has the songs from aftermath, so we may get more

Cool track, let's hope he's back on track quality wise, Team America was horrible and Shawshank was very patchy.
