Does anyone else think he's saying he has AIDS?

At 1:57 "I caught wreck and then I caught checks and then I caught press and then I caught sex, little permanent diseases were caught when I caught that now the game's been offset 'coz I'm strange and a lost mess"

Not too many STDs are permanent and there have been rumors about him having AIDS... In the YouTube comments to pretty much any of his videos for example.  Just the general theme of catching something and getting caught your self kinda fit the theme too.

^it sounds like he sayin "no permanent diseases were caught"......lol. some of the tech fans are hilarious with how they read into his shit, tho.
