"Boyz n’ the Hood" director may work Tupac picture
John Singleton, director and OSCAR nominee of the film Boyz n’ the hood, is currently in talks to direct the upcoming Tupac Biopic. Singleton and Tupac first met on the set of Poetic justice where he directed Shakur along side Janet Jackson. The two were fast friends. A little searching through BET’s old archival footage reveals John and Tupac laughing and joking together.

LT Hutton is producing this. Was Young Roscoe ever confirmed as playing Pac?

If anyone's ever gonna be legit to direct it, it's definitely MR John Singleton. No one else. PERIOD.

Glad to hear this. I hope they does this movie right. Especially seeing the treatment that the Notorious film got, this needs to be up to those standards.
