I think he's stuck in a sticky spot with Interscope. He's fulfilled his deal with them outside of the greatest hits project so he needs to build interest.

In what possible way can a popstar who has had multi-million selling albums and is one of the richest rappers of all time be a fucking UNDERDOG?

It seems the general consensus is that 50 fell off and doesn't have that number 1 spot in the game. This makes him the underdog as he wants to get back to where he was, critically and commercially.
Being the underdog is not being the favourite, and 50 sure aint the favourite right now.

Who's he playing underdog to? You gotta be competing to be called an underdog.

He's competing in the rap game just like everyone, he's competing for sales and critical acclaim, he's competing to be back in that top tier of hip hop with Jay Z and Em

But thats the thing, he doesn't have to compete. The guy has been making shit music for years and you're still lapping it up like his jizz off a glass table.

Smh at the jizz comment. Your comment proves he's the underdog, critically people think he fell off, he wants to beat that notion but people don't think he can do it, hence, he is the underdog.

Critically? Lol critically people were saying he fell off when he was still selling more than any other rapper. His last album was seen as his comeback to his hardcore roots but it wasn't pop enough to go platinum
-
Lmao @ at the jizz comment, totally uncalled for, which makes it even funnier.
-
that track is bangin

nice! 50 never lets you down with his mixtapes
-
1. Body On It - 4/5. This is a cool record to me. The beat is hot and 50 sounds hungry which is most important. He sounds excited to be rapping on this.
2. Ni**as Be Scheming - 3.75/5. Was curious to hear this Kidd Kidd. He's decent, nothing special. This is alright for sure, 50 sounds cool.
3. Queens, NY - 3.5/5. 50 has a female emcee on his squad? Cool. This is decent, 50s flow is on point.
4. I Just Wanna - 2.75/5. Not much to say about this done, does nothing for me.
5. Shooting Guns - 4.5/5. The hook/beat are dope, something slightly different for 50. I like that it sounds different than the usual 50 mixtape shit. But the raps are hard body!
6. Put Ya Hands Up - 2/5. This is pretty bad. The beat and background sounds are annoying.
7. Wait 'Til Tonight - 3.5/5. Scoop Deville! This is pretty tight, I dig it.
8. You Took My Heart - 3.25/5. This is alright, nothing special. The beat is nice though and 50 spits.
9. Off & On - 3.5/5. Cool hook, fits the beat well. Typical mixtape ish from 50 here.
10. Nah Nah Nah - 3/5. Not much to say about this again, typical street 50.
11. Stop Crying - 3.5/5. Cool to see Illmind producing this, I remember seeing him produce a record for Scarface.
All in all, nothing special. Probably won't listen again, just some cool street music from 50. It's pretty much what I expected. "Shooting Guns" may get a few more spins though.

I always preferred 50 when he gets pretty personal ala You Took My Heart
Real shit, real spit almost on par with Sunday Morning, They Burn Me, majority of Before I Self Destruct
