Title: Newest Westside Connection Record.
Post by: West_C_Internal on January 27, 2003, 12:33:48 PM
The newest Westside Connection record is entitled "Let's All Roll" and funny enough features Knoc-Turn'Al. I say funny obviously because Knoc is known for using that phrase a lot. The music is produced by Damizza, and mixed by Dj Quik. I don't want to spoil it, so I will just say find it and listen. Jesse Jackson is already planning to boycott for the references made about him in the record.

That they have. Ice Cube sounds 17 again, Mack sounds like he did during his "Foe Life" period, and WC will always compliment the group's sound.

I heard it from the record. Damizza can produce pop (ie. Mariah Carey etc.) but the tracks he produced for Shade Sheist were hardly pop. This song is uptempo and may go national mainstream which is what WConnection needs anyways.

The Westside Connection approached Damizza for the record, so he can't be too "happy-pop". That, or you and the WConnection disagree on what "gangsta" sounds like. No word on the full-length album release. This record will be the first single from "Ghetto Gutter and Gangsta Vol.1" the Baby Ree / Hoobangin compilation.
