i think it will be different then statīs album cause bishop recorded more songs with dre then stat but i know what you mean with the re-do, dre gave bishop the green light with releasing his production or feats. but jimmy ???

He had a Dre beat on his last album post Aftermath, no reason why he can't have any on this.

if this is to the original versions of his album what stat's released statlanta was to his, not sure i even want to hear it. statlanta had a few cool joints, but was hardly a classic record. i hope bishop still has classic production in the bag, or this is just a big load of anticipointment.

I've heard 3 joints produced by Dre and only one of them was a straight banger. He's gotten better beats from other people he's worked with.

Hallelujah was a banger for real. I thought Grow Up, Change Gon Come and Rain were all well produced and thought out tracks that offered something different. I Dominate was a bit different but like Oh My God I could dig it while drinking. So his chemistry with Dre is pretty dope to me, they just dont seem to make the typical bangers he'd give to say a 50 Cent. Either way despite producers I'm just keen to hear a real Bishop album after the wack Team America and patchy Shawshank

Grow Up and Rain were Eh. He has a much better track record with DJ Khalil. Down, Send a Nigga Home, Can't Figure it Out, City Lights, Bitches on my Dick, Inconvenient Truth, etc.

you really didn't like them? what about the No stoppin carson beat? sounds like a banger to me.

i heavily disagree with the choice of khalil, but i've never been a fan of him. dont get me wrong, he has some great stuff, but overall its hit or miss.

the beat of Oh my god sounds typical to me & it wouldnt surprise me if theres similar stuff in the vault. i really dont like I dominate, i agree with you about the other songs though

yeah not really the dre stuff, more the other material he had with various producers (scott storch, JR, Khalil, etc) was of very high quality. as mentioned hallelujah and grow up were nice 8)

but bishop seems to be hit and miss vocally. when he's spitting faster he sounds great but when he slows it down a lot he sounds pretty bad IMO. subject wise he was plenty versatile. guess what i'm trying to say is that his album has a lot of potential to live up to.

totally agree. Even if Grow Up was really good, the other tracked mentioned by "Spice 2 sees the bitch in you" were the best. What frightens me is that the best tracks aren't the last ones

can you give some examples for scott storch and JR?

anyway, imo bishop didnt really sound sloppy over the dre beats we've heard ( with the exception of 1 or 2 songs i think).
i agree with you about the sloppy flow in general though.

those two are excellent too. nottz didn't really do much of interest with bishop, at least i don't remember anything i really liked. he put out so much good material back then but i think he had by far the most quantity and to a degree quality with khalil. there must be a good 10-15 tracks with khalil, some crazy beats even when the content or his flow wasn't all that. he had quite a few good ones with focus too if i remember.

No Stoppin Carson was a banger. Like I said only one of the Dre beats was a straight banger. I'm sure Khalil has made weak beats, but the work he's done with Bishop is pure heat. You really think Rain and Grow Up hold a candle to the beats I mentioned? Those songs were carried by Bishop, while songs like Bitches on My Dick were carried by the beat.

anyway, imo bishop didnt really sound sloppy over the dre beats we've heard ( with the exception of 1 or 2 songs i think).
i agree with you about the sloppy flow in general though.

There are literally only 4 or 5 songs Dre produced. That's not a good track record.

ok. i see your point about bishop carrying those songs, but i really like the beats from Rain & Grow up. i like the beats from Hallelujah & Change is gonna come even more ( mad chills award lol 8) ).
imo the beats you listed from Khalil are decent at best, with the exception of Cant figure it out & Send a nigga home. khalil did missile testing too right? i like that one a lot. same with On top now.
Hood psalm's beat is alright, the beat of Super freak is ok.
almost forgot about team america, Khalil had a nice beat on there ( the big payback) 8)

actually more than 5, if you count I dominate & flashy. i can only think of Oh my god when talking about the sloppy flow.
one out of 7 is not a bad score at all.
