Everything they made together so far is real good so hopefully this is a good thing. 1500 has some real good musicians. Hope we still get to hear some classic Battlecat beat tho.

I think there's 3 producers in the group.

So when these guys are in the studio together they go by the name of 1500 Or Nothing?
Or is this a label type of thing?

It's a complete collective they formed & keep consolidating, like brick by brick, slowly but solidly & establishing itself in all forms of art & creation, with the intent to be fully self-sufficient & independant. Branches include the production team (like Dre's team at Aftermath), the writing team (the "hit-writing factory", the "live band" team (they already played with the likes of Snoop & Game), the "artists" roster (the stars of tomorrow), the newest "creative/ designers" team (handling a clothing line, everything "graphic art", self-promotion. The whole thing being lika a "brand" or a company now, a brand of excellence.
They're probably like 8 "major" permanent members today.

The thing i always liked about 1500 is their way of making music together in the studio. They have a lot of talented people doing different things for the beat. Other "producer teams" like Large Money for example, includes a lot of producers that do their own thing, and in the end it just says "prod. Large Money" even tho just one guy you never heard of made the beat. The next time is another guy. 1500 actually produce like a team.

Battlecat will strengthen and be a boost to this production team.

always happy to hear Battlecat is active...and 1500 or Nothing already had heat...

This is a great move for both parties. Battlecat is obviously a west coast legend and a very talented musician for 1500 to be adding to their team. On the flipside, 1500 is more relevant than Battlecat nowadays, so this gives Battlecat an opportunity to be getting his musical contributions to more popular artists which should be profitable of course.
Great news! :)

it's a win/ win situation indeed! Both have huge talent, 1500 is the future, they're today's color while Battlecat brings the iconic stature & relevency.
