Here are a few random ones from my collection that don't get a lot of light. Some of 'em might be hard to find, but I pick up most of my shit from 2nd-hand shops anyway  ;D

Domino - 'Domino' - Classic Long Beach shit, all produced by Battlecat.

Paris - 'Guerilla Funk' - Took G-funk and made it conscious as hell. Intelligent but fuckin' bumpin' as well.

Suga T - '4Eva Hustlin'' - E-40's sister. Very under-rated, but full of that mob flava.

E-40 - 'Charlie Hustle' - Easy to find - fucking classic; 40 has that HARD Bay sound here. Dope.

Kam - 'Made In America' - For me, right there with Doggystyle and Regulate in terms of classic smooth G-funk. Like Paris, Kam talks the real too.

DFC ' 'Things In Tha Hood' - Not Westcoast officially, as they're from Michigan, but with warren G and MC Eiht on production and The DOC writing some rhymes, it's got that westside flava all the way.

40 Thevs - 'Honour Amongst Thevs' - Used to roll with Coolio, so kinda got that pop vibe, but still dope.

Keep diggin' in the crates homie  :)

I'm pretty sure Kam's made In America is still available. I got my copy for £2 in a sale, but I reckon it's still out there. Like I said, most of my rare 'old-school' like some of the ones I listed are either stuff I bought on cassette when I was like 15 or stuff I found from going through sales racks in indepdendent shops or second-hand places. That's your best bet - the old vintage west coast shit isn't always gonna crop in in Tower or Virgin records or wherever, but that local store that pays a couple of pounds for your old CDs? that might just have it...

Why don't I see TQ's "They never saw me coming" anywhere here? :| Okay, it's not all hip hop, but it's one of the best albums ever made, imo the best album.
