I agree with you that the second Ghost Rider was a superior, even somewhat enjoyable film. On the other hand, the first Ghost Rider movie was so awful, surpassing it was hardly a monumental accomplishment. But, imo you're right, the second film while definitely flawed and uneven, was at least a nicely shot, entertaining movie.
